摘 要:为解决露营野餐时食材收纳的复杂性以及塑料垃圾无法回收的问题,研究构建KANO-TRIZ理论模型。首先,通过问卷与实地调研收集用户需求,运用KANO模型识别和优先处理能够提升用户满意度的关键需求。其次,利用TRIZ相关理论优化解决方案,应用于设计实践。最后,提出创新性的可持续食材收纳解决方案,并针对设计方案进行设计评估验证其可行性。研究利用KANO模型与TRIZ理论分析用户需求并转化为功能要素,完成了露营野餐食材收纳箱的可持续设计,以期为类似小型家电产品设计提供新的理论视角和实践参考。In order to solve the problem of the complexity of food materials storage and the unrecyclable plastic waste during camping and picnic,this study constructed the KANo-TRIZ theoretical model.Firstly,the needs of users were collected through questionnaires and field investigations,and the key needs that can improve user satisfaction were identified and prioritized by using the KANO model.Then,TRIZ theories were used to optimize the solutions.Apply to design practice,finally propose innovative sustainable food storage solutions,and conduct design evaluation to verify the feasibility of the design solutions.Using KANO model and TRIZ theory to analyze user needs and transform functional elements,the paper completed the sustainable design of camping picnic food storage box,which provided a new theoretical perspective and practical reference for the design of similar small household appliances.
