摘 要:文章从消费者视角出发,探索了现代果茶包装设计的改进方向。首先,运用层次分析法构建了用户需求层次模型,计算出各设计要素的权重,并根据这些权重的优先级排序,提出了两种可行的果茶包装设计方案。其次,采用模糊综合评价法对这两种方案进行了定量评价,从而确定了最佳方案。实验结果验证了用户需求与模糊评价之间的一致性和有效性。因此,将层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合,应用于果茶包装设计,可以有效地提高用户满意度和购买意愿,更好地贴合用户需求。The article explores the improvement direction of modern fruit tea packaging design from the perspective of consumers.Firstly,a user demand hierarchy model was constructed using Analytic Hierarchy Process,and the weights of each design element were calculated.Based on the priority ranking of these weights,two feasible fruit and tea packaging design schemes were proposed.Secondly,the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method was used to quantitatively evaluate these two schemes and determine the optimal one.The experimental results have verified the consistency and effectiveness between user requirements and fuzzy evaluation.Therefore,combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process with Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method in fruit and tea packaging design can effectively improve user satisfaction and purchase intention,and better meet user needs.
