摘　　要：航空报国精神与伟大建党精神紧密相连,体现了党在领导航空事业创立和发展过程中形成的独特精神风貌,是中国共产党人精神谱系中不可或缺的一部分。将航空报国精神融入“大思政”育人体系中,以立德树人为根本,以航空报国精神为核心,集聚各类资源、汇聚多方合力,构建“一体两翼五支撑”的高职院校“大思政”育人体系,探索育人运行机制,并对实践育人效果进行总结,以期创新航空类高职院校的“大思政”育人模式,培养新一代航空人才,助力航空业的未来发展。The spirit of serving the country by air is closely linked with the great spirit of building the Party,which reflects the unique spiritual outlook formed by the Party in the process of leading the establishment and development of aviation,and is an indispensable part of the spiritual pedigree of the CPC.This article integrates the spirit of aviation serving the country into the"Great Ideological and Political Education"system,with moral education as the foundation and aviation serving the country as the core.It gathers various resources and multiple forces to explore the construction of a"One Body,Two Wings,and Five Supports"model for the"Great Ideological and Political Education"system in vocational colleges,explore the operation mechanism of education,and summarize the practical education effect,in order to innovate the model of ideological and political education in aviation vocational colleges,cultivate a new generation of aviation talents,and help the future development of the aviation industry.
