地方应用型本科院校重点学科建设的问题及对策研究——以石家庄学院为例

摘　　要：以石家庄学院为例,深入剖析地方应用型本科院校在重点学科建设过程中所面临的主要问题,针对这些问题,研究提出了针对性的对策建议。在师资队伍建设方面,强调引进高水平人才与加强教师培训并重,构建良好的师资激励机制;在学科结构与布局方面,建议根据地方需求和学院特色进行优化,加强学科交叉融合,形成具有区域特色的学科群;在实践教学和科研创新方面,注重实践教学环节的加强和科研投入的增加,搭建创新平台,提升教师的科研能力。此外,还提出石家庄学院重点学科建设的实施路径,包括明确建设目标、梳理评估现有资源、加强合作交流以及建立评估反馈机制等,以期为其他同类院校提供借鉴和参考。This study,taking Shijiazhuang University as an example,delves into the primary issues confronted by local applied undergraduate colleges and universities during the construction of key disciplines.Targeted countermeasures are proposed to address these challenges.In terms of faculty development,emphasis is placed on the parallel importance of attracting high-caliber talent and enhancing faculty training,fostering a robust faculty incentive mechanism.For discipline structure and layout,recommendations are made to optimize based on local needs and institutional characteristics,fostering interdisciplinary integration to form regionally distinctive discipline clusters.Regarding practical teaching and scientific research innovation,attention is directed towards reinforcing practical teaching sessions,augmenting research investment,establishing innovation platforms,and enhancing faculty research capabilities.Furthermore,the study outlines an implementation pathway for the key discipline construction at Shijiazhuang University,encompassing clarifying construction objectives,assessing existing resources,fostering collaboration and communication,and establishing evaluation and feedback mechanisms.This research aims to provide reference and inspiration for other similar institutions.
