摘  要:近年来,国家对职业教育发展越来越重视,社会对职业院校人才培养越来越关注。为促进高职院校人才培养质量的提升,围绕目前高职院校学生心理健康现状及问题开展调查研究,从学生心理教育程度、教师队伍建设、教育模式等方面分析职业院校心理健康教育现状,提出将心理健康教育转变为心理素质教育,从顶层设计、多元主体、教育形式等方面,探究提升学生心理教育水平的路径方法。In recent years,our country has attached increasing importance to the development of vocational education,and society has paid more and more attention to the talent cultivation of vocational colleges.In order to promote the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,a survey and research will be conducted on the current status and problems of students'mental health in vocational colleges.The current situation of mental health education in vocational colleges will be analyzed from the perspectives of students'psychological education level,teacher team construction,and education mode.It is proposed to transform mental health education into psychological quality education,and to cultivate and enhance students'psychological education paths and methods from the aspects of top-level design,diverse subjects,and educational forms.
