益气和胃胶囊联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察益气和胃胶囊联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性胃炎患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年6月至2023年12月该院收治的104例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组与观察组各52例。对照组给予四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气和胃胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效,Hp根除率,治疗前后中医证候积分(胃脘灼热、口燥咽干、大便干结,胃脘嘈杂、隐痛、干呕呃逆、脘痞不舒)、胃肠激素(胃动素、生长抑素、胃泌素)水平、炎性因子[NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NLRP3)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.23%(49/52),高于对照组的80.77%(42/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Hp根除率为92.31%(42/52),高于对照组的76.92%(40/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胃脘灼热、口燥咽干、大便干结、胃脘嘈杂、隐痛、干呕呃逆、脘痞不舒等中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胃动素、胃泌素水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组生长抑素水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、NLRP3、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气和胃胶囊联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者可提高治疗总有效率和Hp根除率,改善胃肠激素水平,以及降低中医证候积分和炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯四联疗法治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Yiqi Hewei capsules combined with quadruple therapy on patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive chronic gastritis.Methods:The clinical data of 104 patients with Hp-positive chronic gastritis admitted to this hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Hewei capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the Hp eradication rate,the TCM syndrome scores(epigastric burning,dry mouth and throat,dry stool,noisy gastral cavity,dull stomachache,retching and hiccup,epigastric discomfort),the gastrointestinal hormones(motilin,somatostatin,gastrin)levels,the inflammatory factors[NOD-like receptor hot protein domain-related protein 3(NLRP3),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.23%(49/52),which was higher than 80.77%(42/52)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate of in the observation group was 92.31%(42/52),which was higher than 76.92%(40/52)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as epigastric burning,dry mouth and throat,dry stool,noisy gastral cavity,dull stomachache,retching and hiccup,epigastric discomfort in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of motilin and gastrin in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the levels of
