Runx2、DUSP14在结直肠癌组织中的表达及与病理特征的相关性

摘　　要：目的:分析Runt相关转录因子2(Runx2)、双特异性磷酸酶14(DUSP14)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及与病理特征的相关性。方法:选取2021年5月至2023年11月该院收治的102例结直肠癌手术患者进行横断面研究,比较Runx2、DUSP14在癌组织、癌旁组织中的表达阳性率,以及与病理特征的相关性。结果:癌组织Runx2、DUSP14表达阳性率均高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移、深层浸润的结直肠癌患者Runx2、DUSP14表达阳性率均高于临床分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、淋巴结未转移、浅层浸润的结直肠癌患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Kendall's tau_b检验结果显示,结直肠癌患者Runx2、DUSP14表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移状态、浸润程度等病理特征均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌患者癌组织中Runx2、DUSP14呈高表达,二者表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移、浸润程度等病理特征呈正相关。Objective:To analyze expression of Runt-related transcription factor 2(Runx2)and dual-specific phosphatase 14(DUSP14)in colorectal cancer tissues and their correlation with pathological features.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 102 patients with colorectal cancer who were admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to November 2023.The positive expression of Runx2 and DUSP14 in the cancer tissues and the adjacent tissues were compared,and their correlation with pathological features were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of Runx2 and DUSP14 in the cancer tissues were higher than those in the adjacent tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of Runx2 and DUSP14 in the patients with clinical stage III-IV,lymph node metastasis and deep infiltration of colorectal cancer patients were higher than those in the patients with clinical stage I-II,lymph node metastasis and shallow infiltration of colorectal cancer,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Kendall’s tau_b test showed that the expression of Runx2 and DUSP14 in the colorectal cancer tissues were positively correlated with the pathological features such as clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and invasion depth(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:Runx2 and DUSP14 are highly expressed in the colorectal cancer tissues.Further,the expression of Runx2 and DUSP14 is positively correlated with the pathological features such as clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and invasion depth.
