摘  要:目的:比较不同树脂修复对老年非龋性颈部缺损治疗微渗漏的差异。方法:取老年人离体前磨牙60颗,颊颈部制备V类洞(高3 mm×宽4 mm×深3 mm)洞型,窝洞龈壁位于釉牙骨质界下方1 mm。随机分成A组(Sonic Fill声波树脂)、B组(Filtek bulk fill大块树脂)和C组(3M Z350XT树脂),分别充填窝洞后,立体显微镜下观察修复体边缘染色情况,扫描电镜下测量微渗漏裂缝宽度。采用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:通过微渗漏染色评分及扫描电镜测距结果对比:在染色评价和龈壁微裂隙宽度比较中,A、B组均优于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大块树脂充填非龋性颈部缺损边缘封闭性优于传统树脂充填,且Sonic Fill声波树脂充填密合性更好。Objective:To compare the microleakage difference of three resins for repairing below the CEJ non-carious cervical lesion.Methods:ClassⅤcavities[3 mm(depth)×4 mm(width)×3 mm(height)]were prepared on buccal cervical surface of 60 recently extracted human premolars in the middle-aged and elderly.The gingival wall of the cavity was 1 mm below the CEJ.The preparations were randomly assigned to three groups-A group(Sonic Fill resin),B group(Filtek bulk fill resin),and C group(3M Z350XT resin)according to the material used.The penetration depth of the dye solution was measured under a microscope.The edge crack width was measured under scanning electron microscope(SEM).The data was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 software package.Results:Compared with the results of micro-leakage score and the width of edge crack in gingival wall,group A and group B were smaller than group C,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Large block resin filling has better edge closure than traditional resin filling for non carious neck defects,and the sealing ability of Sonic Fill was better.
