摘 要:目的:针对上颌骨缺损数字化模型进行网格数量减少操作,研究模型精度的变化,评价网格减少操作对模型精度的影响。方法:选择赵铱民分类的V类和Ⅶ类上颌骨缺损树脂模型各10个。使用口内扫描仪扫描得到数字化模型,保存为STL格式作为测试集。使用Meshmixer软件对原始模型分别进行网格数量90%、75%、50%和25%不同比例减少操作。对网格数量减少前后模型的三角面片数量、三角面片顶点数、模型文件大小和模型3D偏差等参数进行比较分析。结果:三角面片数量、三角面片顶点数和模型文件大小等参数随着网格减少数量的增加而减少;模型3D偏差随着网格减少数量增加而增大;50%网格数量减少条件下,模型组间3D偏差不存在统计学差异;75%网格数量减少条件下,模型组间3D偏差存在显著统计学差异。结论:对颌骨缺损数字化模型进行网格数量减少操作,50%比例以内与原模型对比精度不会受到影响;75%比例条件下模型3D偏差存在显著差异。Objective:To investigate the changes in model accuracy after mesh reduction in digital models of maxillary defects,in order to evaluate the impact of mesh reduction on model accuracy.Methods:Ten resin models of maxillary defects were selected.These models were scanned using an intraoral scanner to obtain digital models,which were saved in STL format as the test set.Meshmixer software was used to reduce the number of meshes in the original models by different proportions of 90%,75%,50%,and 25%.Parameters such as the number of triangular patches,the number of vertices of triangular patches,the size of model files,and the 3D deviation of the models were compared and analyzed before and after the reduction of mesh numbers.Results:The parameters such as the number of triangular patches,the number of vertices of triangular patches,and the size of model files decreased with the increase of mesh reduction.The 3D deviation of the models elevated with the increase in the reduction of mesh numbers.Under the condition of a 50%reduction in mesh numbers,there was no statistical difference in 3D deviation among the models within the same group.However,under the condition of a 75%reduction in mesh numbers,there were significant statistical differences in 3D deviation among the models within the same group.Conclusion:When reducing the number of meshes in digital models of maxillary defects,the accuracy of the models within a 50%reduction ratio will not be affected compared to the original models.However,under a 75%reduction ratio,there are significant differences in 3D deviation among the models.
