摘 要:桩核修复是牙冠部缺损后常用的有效修复方式。但在椭圆形根管中,传统的圆形桩与椭圆形根管结构的适应性欠缺,导致牙体组织的过量去除,在一定程度上增加了根折的风险。同时,椭圆形结构也不利于旋转器械在桩道预备过程中去除根管壁玷污层,可能会影响纤维桩的粘接效果。为了保证椭圆形根管桩核修复后的抗折性和粘接性,目前针对椭圆形根管桩核修复的研究主要包括椭圆形纤维桩和多桩修复。本文主要对近年来对它们的相关研究进行综述,以期为临床中椭圆形根管的桩核修复治疗提供新思路。Post-core restoration is a commonly utilized effective method following defect or loss of coronal tooth structure.However,in oval-shaped root canals,the adaptation of traditional circular posts to the elliptical canal structure is inadequate,often resulting in excessive removal of tooth tissue and thereby increasing the risk of root fracture to some extent.Moreover,the elliptical shape hinders the removal of root canal wall smear layer by rotary instruments during post space preparation,potentially compromising the bonding effectiveness of fiber posts.To ensure the fracture resistance and adhesive strength of post-core restorations in elliptical root canals,current research focuses primarily on elliptical fiber posts and multi-post restorations.This article provides a review of recent studies on elliptical fiber posts and multi-post restorations in oval-shaped root canals,aiming to offer new insights into post-core restoration treatments in clinical practice.
