摘 要:为了修复因各种原因造成的口腔硬组织缺损,有很多材料应运而生,包括自体骨、同种异体骨、异种骨和人工合成骨等各种骨移植材料。牙本质有良好的生物相容性、骨诱导、骨引导等能力,作为骨移植材料广泛应用于骨再生领域。牙本质与骨的组织来源相同,理化特性相似,含有丰富的多种生长因子和骨形态蛋白,由于其来源较广,以及免疫原性低、制备简单等优势,近年来应用于动物实验和临床研究中,都证实了其具有良好的成骨性能。本文就牙本质作为骨增量材料的理化特性、制备方法及临床研究等方面进行综述。Materials for repairing oral hard tissue defects caused by various reasons have emerged,including various bone graft materials such as autologous bone,allogeneic bone,xenogeneic bone and synthetic bone.Dentin is widely used in the field of bone regeneration because of its good biocompatibility,osteoinduction,and bone guidance ability.Dentin and bone have the same tissue origin,similar physical and chemical properties,rich in a variety of growth factors and bone morphogenetic proteins.In recent years,because of its wide range of sources,low immunogenicity,simple preparation and other advantages,it has been applied in animal experiments and clinical studies,have confirmed that it has good osteogenic properties.This article reviews the physicochemical properties,preparation methods and clinical research of dentin as a bone augmentation material.
