从元杂剧看范仲淹的用人观

摘　　要：在现存五部涉及范仲淹的元杂剧中,虽然范仲淹都不是以正末的身份出现,但却是皇帝依赖的朝廷重臣。元杂剧作家一致歌颂其胸怀天下、心系社稷的高风亮节和爱国情怀,尤其对范仲淹注重德才兼备、重用清廉忍穷之士、扬长避短,不拘一格的用人策略,更是推崇备至。Among the five existing Yuan miscellaneous dramas involving Fan Zhongyan,although Fan Zhongyan did not appear as the end of the dynasty,he was an important minister of the court that the emperor relied on.The playwrights of Yuan Miscellaneous unanimously praised his noble demeanor and patriotic feelings with the world in mind and the society in mind,especially Fan Zhongyan's emphasis on both ability and political integrity,reusing honest and tolerant people,promoting strengths and avoiding weaknesses,and eclectic employment strategies.
