摘　　要：新时代劳动教育在中国式现代化背景下被赋予独特的使命和责任。高校作为培养人才的重要阵地,更要肩负起时代赋予的重任和使命。近年来劳动教育被弱化、淡化、窄化和异化等现象时有发生,出现劳动教育的价值取向功利化、教育观念片面化、教育形式单一化等问题,对构建高校劳动教育工作机制提出了严峻的挑战。高校应采取更新高校劳动教育工作理念、完善劳动教育制度机制和搭建劳动教育工作平台等手段,不断优化劳动教育工作机制的实践路径,进一步提高劳动教育的务实性和人才培养质量。Labor education in the new era has been given a unique mission and responsibility in the context of chinese-style modernization.As the important position of cultivating talents,colleges and universities should shoulder the important task and mission given by the times.In recent years,the phenomenon of labor education being weakened,diluted,narrowed and alienated has occurred from time to time,it poses a severe challenge to the construction of the working mechanism of labor education in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should constantly optimize the practice path of the working mechanism of labor education by renewing the working concept of labor education in colleges and universities,perfecting the system and mechanism of labor education,and building the working platform of labor education,we will further improve the practicality of labor education and the quality of personnel training.
