核心素养视阈下汉语言文学专业人才培养体系研究——以陇东学院为例

摘　　要：近年来,在师范专业认证及学科语文教育硕士学位评估的契机下,陇东学院汉语言文学专业人才培养体系面临新的机遇和挑战。为此,陇东学院汉语言文学专业要以语文核心素养为导向,以高质量人才培养为目标,围绕如何提升学生的“中文基础性应用能力”和“中文类职业岗位能力”,在人才培养理念、课程体系、教学模式、评价方式等方面做出新的调整,继承师范专业教育的优良传统,夯实人才队伍建设,成为服务庆阳基础教育的主力军。Under the background of teacher education professional certification and subject language education master's degree evaluation,the talent cultivation system of Chinese language and literature at Longdong University is facing new opportunities and challenges.The Chinese language and literature major will be guided by the core literacy of Chinese language,with the goal of cultivating high-quality talents.It will focus on the core of students'basic Chinese application ability and Chinese vocational position ability,and make innovations in talent cultivation concepts,curriculum systems,teaching models,evaluation methods,etc.highlighting the tradition of teacher education,cultivating high-quality teacher education talents,and providing support for the construction of the subject language education master's program.
