摘  要:该文基于多学科融合视角,探讨羽毛球专项体能训练的理论框架与实践应用。羽毛球作为一项对运动员综合体能要求较高的运动,其训练需兼顾有氧耐力、爆发力、灵活性、协调性和反应速度等多个方面。通过梳理羽毛球运动的生理特点与训练需求,结合运动生理学、心理学、生物力学及神经科学等多学科理论,该文提出了一个综合训练模式。该模式设计了有氧与无氧耐力、爆发力、灵活性和敏捷性等方面的训练内容,旨在提升运动员的全方位体能素质。结合生物力学原理与心理学策略,研究采用了力量、敏捷性等多种训练方法,以优化训练效果并减少运动损伤。周期化训练被划分为准备期、专项训练期和恢复期,确保了训练的系统性与科学性。此外,该文还提出了基于生理监测和神经反馈的评估机制,以动态调整训练负荷,从而避免过度训练并促进运动员的恢复。期望所构建的模式为羽毛球运动员提供科学的训练方案,并对其他运动项目的体能训练提供一定的参考价值。This study explores the theoretical framework and practical application of badminton-specific physical training from a multidisciplinary perspective.As a sport requiring high levels of comprehensive physical fitness,badminton training must address various aspects,such as aerobic endurance,explosive power,flexibility,coordination,and reaction speed.By analyzing the physiological characteristics and training needs of badminton and integrating theories from exercise physiology,psychology,biomechanics,and neuroscience,a comprehensive training model is proposed.This model includes aerobic and anaerobic endurance,explosive power,flexibility,and agility training to enhance athletes'overall physical fitness.Combining biomechanical principles with psychological strategies,diverse methods,such as strength and agility training are employed to optimize performance and reduce injuries.Periodized training is divided into preparation,specialized training,and recovery phases to ensure systematic and scientific approaches.A real-time physiological monitoring and neurofeedback-based evaluation mechanism is proposed to dynamically adjust training loads,prevent overtraining,and promote recovery.The constructed model provides a scientific and systematic physical training solution for badminton athletes,while also offering theoretical references for the design of physical training models in other sports,with significant practical value.
