摘 要:复合式训练作为一种融合多种训练元素的训练方法,对篮球运动员下肢爆发力的提升具有重要意义。该方法通过力量、敏捷性、爆发力等多维度的训练,能够系统性地增强运动员的下肢力量,并提升其运动协调性和灵活性。该文聚焦于复合式训练对篮球运动员下肢爆发力影响的探讨,分析了其通过改善肌肉力量、提升神经适应性、优化运动经济性以及增强动作协调性等多种途径,促进运动员下肢爆发力提升的机制。通过对复合式训练实施策略的深入分析,该文进一步强调了个性化训练方案与科技手段辅助应用的重要性。Compound training,as a training method that combines multiple training elements,has great significance in improving the explosive power of basketball players'lower limbs.Through training in strength,agility,explosiveness,and other aspects,compound training can systematically enhance athletes'lower limb strength and improve their coordination and flexibility in movement.This article focuses on the impact of compound training on the lower limb explosive power of basketball players,analyzing its mechanism of promoting the improvement of lower limb explosive power through improved muscle strength,enhanced neural adaptability,optimized exercise economy,and enhanced movement coordination.By exploring the implementation strategies of compound training,the article further emphasizes the importance of personalized training and technological assistance.
