OBE与人本两种理念在高校足球课中的协同应用研究

摘  要:在传统理念的指引下,高校足球课程的发展聚焦于基础性与普适性,但在教学目标设定、教学内容选择、教学方法运用、考核方式及持续改进等多个环节存在问题。实践证明,在当前高校教学改革的浪潮中,课程教学质量的提升急需全新理念的引领。该文以成果导向教育理念与人本理念的协同并进为指导思想,深入剖析了这两种理念协同作用对高校足球课程各关键环节的重要意义,并提出了促进课程持续发展的策略:一是优化教学目标设定,以实质性提升课程教学质量;二是丰富教学内容与改进教学方法,以期有效提升学生学习成效;三是优化考核方式并强化持续改进机制,以积极推动人才培养模式创新。Under the guidance of the traditional concept,the development of college football curriculum pays attention to the foundation and universality,and there are problems in the setting of teaching objectives,the selection of teaching content,the use of teaching methods,the assessment of methods and the continuous improvement of curriculum.Facts have proved that under the background of the current teaching reform in colleges and universities,the improvement of the quality of curriculum teaching in colleges and universities is inseparable from the guidance of new ideas.Guided by the coordinated development of the outcome-Based Education concept and the humanistic concept,this paper analyzes the significance of the coordinated development of these two concepts to all aspects of college football curriculum,and puts forward the strategies to guide the sustainable development of the curriculum,that is,to improve the setting of teaching objectives and improve the teaching quality of the curriculum.Enriching teaching content and methods can effectively enhance students'learning effectiveness.Meanwhilecoordinating assessment methods and continuous improvement efforts will effectively promote the innovative development of talent training models.
