体教融合视域下我国校园篮球特色学校高质量发展路径研究

摘　　要：全国青少年校园篮球特色学校是校园篮球发展的示范引领项目,其发展质量将直接影响到我国校园篮球乃至整个篮球运动的整体发展。该文聚焦于篮球特色学校发展中存在的突出问题,并提出相应的高质量发展路径。研究指出,当前篮球特色学校面临竞赛体系滞后、师资力量薄弱、评价体系不完善、发展理念待更新等挑战。该文从以下方面提出校园篮球特色学校高质量发展路径:多元主体协同参与,优化篮球特色学校管理机制;优化校园篮球师资力量配置,提高篮球训练科学化水平;营造校园篮球文化氛围,发展校园篮球特色活动;优化青少年篮球赛事体系,以赛事推动项目发展。National Youth Campus Basketball Characteristic Schools are a demonstration and leading project for the development of campus basketball.The development quality of campus basketball characteristic schools will directly affect the overall development of campus basketball and even the national basketball movement.This research focuses on the outstanding problems in the development of basketball characteristic schools and proposes a path for high-quality development.The research points out that current basketball characteristic schools are facing problems such as lagging competition systems,weak teaching staff,incomplete evaluation system and the need to update development concepts of basketball characteristic schools.The research proposes high-quality development paths for campus basketball characteristic schools from the following aspects:multi-party collaborative participation,optimizing the management mechanism of basketball characteristic schools;Optimizing the allocation of campus basketball teaching staff and improving the scientific level of basketball training;Creating a campus basketball culture atmosphere and developing distinctive basketball activities on campus;Optimizing the system of youth basketball events and promoting project development through events.
