摘　　要：为了更好地弘扬中华体育精神,该文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,探讨了中华体育精神融入高校思想政治教育的现实困境、前提及路径。研究结果显示:在融入过程中,需强化实践性;坚持与时俱进,动态融入,凸显实时性;构建理论体系,注重系统性;坚持守正创新,不断突出其创新性。基于此,提出以下建议:高校思想政治教育工作应以学生为主体,开展多样化的实践教育活动;以科学研究为切入点,紧跟学科前沿知识,确保学生获取知识的时效性;加强思想引领,深入推进中华体育精神进入课堂教学;构建包含教师、学生、社会等多方参与的教学评价体系,以提升育人效果。In order to better promote the Chinese sports spirit,this paper uses literature review method,logical analysis method and other research methods to explore the practical dilemma,premise and path of integrating the Chinese sports spirit into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.The research results show that in the process of integration,more attention should be paid to strengthen practicality;Keeping up with the times,"dynamic integration"and highlighting the real-time nature;Forming a theoretical system and paying attention to systematicity;Adhere to integrity and innovation,and constantly highlighting its innovation.Based on this,it is proposed that in the ideological and political education work of colleges and universities,it should adhere to the"students"as the main body and carry out various forms of practical education activities;Taking scientific research as the starting point,grasping the cutting-edge knowledge of the discipline,and ensuring that students receive the"real-time"knowledge;Strengthening ideological guidance,further promoting the Chinese sports spirit into the classroom;Forming a multi-directional linkage teaching evaluation system among teachers,students and society to improve the effect of educating people.
