民族认同视域下莆仙民俗舞蹈的体育教学研究

摘　　要：莆仙民俗舞蹈作为闽中地区重要的非物质文化遗产,在体育教学领域展现出了独特价值与发展潜力。该文从运动特性、心肺功能训练效应及竞技化发展可行性3个维度深入阐述了其体育属性,分析了文化认知深化、动作技能习得规律、艺术表现能力提升和群体互动参与促进等四大教学规律,并探讨了文化意识培养、技术技能训练强化、艺术审美提升及创新能力开发等核心教学要素。在此基础上,形成了口述史资料采集、技艺分解示范教学、多媒体情境导入法以及民俗节庆演出实践等一系列教学策略,旨在推动莆仙民俗舞蹈在体育教学中的创新发展。As a significant intangible cultural heritage in the central Fujian region,Puxian folk dance demonstrates unique value and development potential in the field of physical education.This paper elaborates its physical attributes from three dimensions:movement characteristics,cardiopulmonary function training effects,and competitive development feasibility.It analyzes four teaching laws:deepening cultural cognition,movement skill acquisition,improvement of artistic expression ability,and promotion of group interaction and participation.The study explores core teaching elements including cultural awareness cultivation,strengthening technical skill training,improvement of artistic aesthetic enhancement,and innovation ability development.On this basis,the paper establishes teaching strategies such as oral history data collection,skill decomposition demonstration teaching,multimedia situation introduction method,and folk festival performance practice,aiming to promote innovative development of Puxian folk dance in physical education.
