摘　　要：通过高效液相色谱、超高液相色谱串联高分辨质谱、氨基酸分析仪等对市场上19批次化妆品积雪草原料中的三种皂苷、辅料等成分进行检测,将检测结果与原料标识进行对比分析。结果显示,19批次化妆品积雪草原料中仅部分批次原料三种皂苷含量和外观符合其质量规格;不符合质量规格的原因有:羟基积雪草苷含量不达标;掺有未标识的麦芽糊精;原料标准中文名称书写不规范;L-羟脯氨酸假冒积雪草提取物等。市场上积雪草原料存在一定的质量问题,需加强其质量控制和标准建设。The three kinds of saponins,excipients and others ingredients in 19 batches of cosmetic Centella asiatica(L.)Urban raw materials on the market were analyzed through high-performance liquid chromatography,ultra performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometer,amino acid analyzer,etc.The result shows that among the 19 batches of cosmetic Centella asiatica(L.)Urban raw materials,there are only part batches of raw materials meet the active substance content and label in appearance.The reasons for not meeting the quality specifications are:the content of madecassoside did not meet the label;raw materials contained unlabeled maltodextrin;raw materials are not written in a standard Chinese name;raw materials used L-hydroxyproline to counterfeit Centella asiatica(L.)Urban extract.There are certain quality issues with Centella asiatica(L.)Urban raw materials on the market,and its quality control and standard construction need to be strengthened.
