摘  要:以陈皮化学成分系统预实验为例,探究自主设计教学模式在天然药物化学实验教学中的实践应用及其成效。学生自主设计实验方案,对实验结果进行深入分析与讨论。通过调查问卷的形式,对教学效果进行评估。调查问卷结果显示90%以上的学生对自主设计实验的学习成效表示非常满意,充分证明自主设计教学模式具有可行性和有效性。自主设计教学模式有助于提高学生的实验技能和创新能力,还能够培养他们的科研思维和综合素质。自主设计教学模式的推广和应用将为培养拔尖创新型人才奠定坚实的基础。Taking the systematic preliminary experiment of chemical components of tangerine peel as an example,the practical application and effectiveness of the self-designed teaching mode in the experimental teaching of natural medicine chemistry was explored.The students designed the experiment plan independently,and analyzed and discussed the experimental results in depth.Through the survey questionnaire,the teaching effect was evaluated.The results of the questionnaire showed that more than 90%of the students were very satisfied with the learning effect of self-designed experiment,which fully demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the self-designed experimental teaching mode.The self-designed teaching mode is helpful to improve students'experimental skills and innovation ability,and also cultivate their scientific research thinking and comprehensive quality.The popularization and application of the self-designed teaching mode will lay a solid foundation for cultivating top-notch innovative talents.
