创新创业视角下金融人才培养的探索与实践

摘　　要：在我国市场经济高速发展的前提下,创新创业已经成为市场发展的必然趋势。我国也将创新创业人才的培养作为重要方向,在多次会议中都强调为这类人才的培养营造良好的环境,进一步激活整个社会在创新创业上的动能,为人才的培养提供源源不断的支持。在我国金融行业高速发展的背景下,对创新创业人才也提出了更高的要求。本文就基于创新创业的视角,肯定了金融人才培养的价值;并认识到当前我国在这类人才培养上存在着理念缺乏、平台落后等多个方面的问题,必须关注人才的发展诉求,找到可行的改善对策。With the rapid development of China s market economy,innovation and entrepreneurship have become an inevitable trend in market development.The cultivation and selection of talents in China s financial market also need to be based on the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship.In this study,the value of financial talent training from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship is interpreted,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed based on the current situation and problems of such talent training.
