摘　　要：当前,高校推进科技成果转化面临着效率整体略偏低、激励政策不完善、法治实施堵点多等现实问题。通过采取利用数字技术、优化营商环境、打造创新团队、完善激励政策等一系列措施,确保高校科技成果转化有效落地。Currently,universities are facing practical problems such as slightly lower overall efficiency,imperfect incentive policies,and multiple obstacles in implementing the rule of law in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.By adopting a series of measures such as utilizing digital technology,optimizing the business environment,building innovative teams,and improving incentive policies,we ensure the effective implementation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.
