摘 要:教育部一直以来提出本科教育应培养高素质专门人才,必须坚持对接经济社会发展需求,以人才培养的目标达成为导向。加强会计类本科建设质量,推动以产业需求为导向的会计类人才培养机制改革,保障人才培养质量,成为高校专业人才培养工作中的重中之重。文章在成果导向及产出导向等文献分析和高校本科会计类人才培养现状调研的基础上,通过了解会计类人才培养、智能会计发展等政策性要求、结合区域经济发展趋势研究,通过探讨产出导向驱动本科会计类专业人才培养方案的设计,以期提高地方高校本科会计类专业人才培养质量,实现会计人才供给与产业需求的对接,为推动高等院校会计类专业人才培养质量提供有益思路。The Ministry of Education has always advocated that undergraduate education should develop high-quality specialized talents and must adhere to meeting the needs of economic and social development,with the goal of talent training as the orientation.Strengthening the quality of accounting-related undergraduate education and promoting the reform of talent training mechanism driven by industrial demand is of paramount importance for ensuring the quality of talent cultivation in higher education.The paper,based on a literature review of outcome-based and output-based education,and a survey of the current situation of undergraduate accounting education in higher education institutions,conducts research on the policy requirements for accounting talent training and intelligent accounting development,and studies the economic trends in the region,with the aim of designing an undergraduate accounting professional education program based on the output-driven approach to improve the quality of accounting talent cultivation in local higher education institutions and achieve the alignment of accounting talent supply with industrial demand,thus providing useful ideas for enhancing the quality of accounting talents in higher education institutions.
