摘 要:十八大以前,中国职业教育发展主要受产教结合政策指导。十八大以来,我国产教融合政策的历史演进可以划分为三个重要阶段:政策探索期、政策成熟期和政策拓展期。梳理产教融合政策发展历程,主要有以下经验:实践是对产教融合政策具有决定性意义,国家在产教融合政策制定和实施中具有主导作用,政策制定需要具有前瞻性和未来性。这为今后的政策制定和执行提供了有益的借鉴和参考。Prior to the 18th National Congress,the development of vocational education in China was primarily guided by the policy of industry-education cooperation.Following the 18th National Congress,there was a policy shift from industry-education cooperation to industry-education integration.From 2012 to 2014,driven by industrial transformation and vocational education reform,industry-education integration first appeared in national policy documents.The period from 2014 to 2022 saw the completion of the top-level design of industry-education integration policies,during which it became a significant strategy for national development.With the top-level design of industry-education integration policies finalized and effective implementation achieved,industry-education integration was ultimately incorporated into the legal system in 2022.Reviewing the development process of industry-education integration policies provides valuable insights and references for future policy formulation and implementation.
