摘 要:产业学院是高职院校深化产教融合、提升人才培养质量的有效载体。在新农科发展的背景下,高职院校应加强产业学院的建设,促进产教融合、科教融汇的深入发展,依托SWOT模型对高职院校与产业集群的合作基础进行科学定位,通过PDCA循环理论建设较为完善的新农科产业学院质量管理体系,建设和完善政行校企多元协调和创新发展机制,以创新作为新农科产业学院建设的内在驱动力,推动新农科产业学院由“资源共享型”向“合作发展型”“引领创新型”迈进。Industrial college is an effective carrier for deepening the integration of industry and education and improving the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.Under the background of new agricultural science,higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of industrial colleges,and promote the further development of the integration of industry and education and science and education.Through the PDCA cycle theory,a more perfect quality management system of the new institute of agricultural sciences and industries could be built,and the multi-coordination and innovative development mechanism of administrative schools and enterprises could be built and improved.Taking innovation as the internal driving force of the construction of the new agricultural industrial college,the new agricultural industrial college should be promoted from“resource sharing”to“cooperative development”and“leading innovation”.
