摘 要:产教融合是新时代高等职业教育改革与发展的重要战略举措,而高职院校财经类专业人才培养质量关系到社会经济高质量发展。本文基于产教融合视角,阐释了产教融合的内涵及与高职院校财经专业人才培养的关联性,分析了高职院校财经类专业人才培养现状,从课程改革、深化校企合作、融入创新创业教育、师资队伍建设等方面构建高职院校财经类专业人才培养路径。从政策支持与引导、助力师资队伍建设、校企合作法律制度等方面保障产教融合在高职院校财经类专业人才培养中的应用和实践,为高职院校财经类专业人才培养提供新思路。Industry-education integration is an important strategic measure for the reform and development of higher vocational education in the new era.Meanwhile,the quality of financial professional training in higher vocational colleges is directly related to the healthy development of social economy and the operational efficiency of enterprises.Based on the integration of industry and education perspective,through the analysis of the current situation of financial professional training in higher vocational colleges,this paper constructs the cultivation path of finance and economics professionals in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:curriculum reform,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,integration into innovation and entrepreneurship education,and construction of teaching staff.The application and practice of the industry-education integration in the training of financial and economic professionals in higher vocational colleges should be guaranteed from the aspects of policy support and guidance,construction and training of teachers and school-enterprise cooperation legal system,etc.,so as to provide new ideas and direction for the cultivation of finance and economics majors in higher vocational colleges.
