摘　　要：本文采用环凯便携式比色计及其配套试剂进行了亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐同步快速测定方法的研究:主要包括标准曲线方程及校正公式的建立,振摇时间、振摇速度、p H等影响因素的研究,并应用于各种标样、白糖样和糖浆样品中进行了亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的同时快速测定。该方法操作简便,准确度高(合成样及实际样品加标回收率:95%~104.3%),重复性好(亚硝酸盐测试RSD<1.0%,硝酸盐测试RSD≤4.28%),按照特定的校正方程计算可排除亚硝酸盐对硝酸盐测试的干扰,效果比较满意。The method for rapid and simultaneously determination of nitrite and nitrate by Huankai portable colorimeter and supporting reagents was studied in this paper,it mainly includes the establishment of standard equation and calibration equation,the study of influencing factors such as shaking time,shaking speed and pH and so on.This method was applied to test nitrite and nitrate in various standard samples,sugar samples and syrup samples.The method is simple and accurate(the synthetic sample and actual sample recovery rate is between 95%to 104.3%).It has good repeatability(RSD of nitrite test is less than 1.0%,RSD of nitrate test is less than 4.28%).The interference of nitrite to nitrate test can be eliminated by calculation according to specific equation,and the effect is satisfactory.
