表面活性剂对结晶紫变色动力学影响的研究性实验设计

摘  要:在本科生物理化学实验中动力学实验的基础上,设计了表面活性剂对结晶紫变色动力学影响的研究性化学实验,并对其进行了初步的研究与探索。选用了两种阴离子表面活性剂、两种阳离子表面活性剂和两种非离子表面活性剂,发现不同浓度、不同类型的表面活性剂对结晶紫变色动力学反应具有不同的影响。其中,阴离子表面活性剂对结晶紫变色反应表现出禁阻作用,高于临界胶束浓度的阳离子表面活性剂则能够促进结晶紫变色反应,而非离子表面活性剂对结晶紫变色反应没有大的影响。在此过程中,学生的综合实验能力和团队协作能力得到了很好地锻炼和提高,该项目的开展有助于提升学生的创新能力。Based on the kinetic experiment of undergraduate physical chemistry experiment,a comprehensive chemical experiment about‘effect of surfactant on the discoloring kinetic reaction of crystal violet was designed,and its preliminary research and exploration were carried out.Two anionic surfactants,two cationic surfactants and two non-ionic surfactants were selected.It is found that the effects of surfactants with different concentrations and types on the crystal violet discoloration kinetics are different.The anionic surfactants showed an inhibiting effect on the discoloration reaction,and the cationic surfactants exceeded their critical micelle concentrations could promote the reaction,while the non-ionic surfactant had no significant effect on the reaction.In this process,the comprehensive experimental ability and teamwork ability of students have been well exercised and improved,and the implementation of this project helps to enhance their innovation ability.
