摘 要:本文通过引进前沿科技成果,设计了一个可以用于本科生的高分子综合教学实验。该实验通过水相合成法制备壳聚糖基阴离子交换膜,壳聚糖利用氢键交联网络结构承担限制溶胀的作用,季铵化聚苯醚承担离子传导的作用。采用核磁氢谱、傅里叶变换红外对材料进行化学结构表征,扫描电子显微镜对材料进行微观结构表征。测试材料的离子交换容量、离子电导率、含水量和溶胀率,理解这些性能之间的权衡关系。该实验不仅可以让学生了解前沿科技材料、激发学习兴趣、拓展学科视野,还可以培养学生的科研思维,提高课程教学效果。In the present work,a polymer comprehensive teaching experiment which can be used for undergraduate students is designed based on advanced scientific and technological achievements.In this experiment,chitosan-based anion exchange membrane is prepared by water phase synthesis.Hydrogen bond cross-linked chitosan is used to limit swelling and quaternized polyphenyl ether to perform ion conduction.The chemical structure of the membranes is characterized by nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectrum and Fourier transform infrared,and the microstructure is characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The trade-off properties among ion exchange capacity,ionic conductivity,water uptake and swelling rate of AEMs are tested.This experiment can not only let students understand the cutting-edge scientific and technological materials,stimulate their interest in learning,expand their field of vision,but also cultivate their scientific research thinking and improve the teaching effect of the course.
