仪器分析创新综合实验——以基于生物分子制备氮掺杂碳纳米管及锌-空气电池应用研究为例

摘  要:随着仪器分析方法与技术的不断发展,仪器分析课程的教学工作亟待与科学研究前沿结合,设计仪器分析创新综合实验。本仪器分析创新综合实验包括利用生物分子合成制备氮掺杂碳纳米管材料,以及扫描电子显微镜、X射线粉末衍射谱仪、电化学工作站等大型仪器的操作和数据分析。通过本综合实验不仅可以让学生学习掌握多种大型仪器的操作,同时也能充分调动学生的积极性,让学生了解科学研究前沿热点,感受科研思维方式,培养学生对于知识的综合应用能力。With the continuous development of instrumental analysis methods and technologies,the teaching of instrumental analysis courses urgently needs to be combined with the forefront of scientific research to design innovative comprehensive experiments for instrumental analysis.This innovative comprehensive experiment for instrumental analysis includes the preparation of nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube materials using biomolecular synthesis,as well as the operation and data analysis of instruments such as scanning electron microscopes,X-ray powder diffractometers,and electrochemical workstations.Through this comprehensive experiment,students can not only learn to master the operation of a variety of instruments,but also fully be mobilized,which allows them to understand the hot spots of scientific research,experience scientific research thinking,and cultivate students'comprehensive application ability of knowledge.
