摘  要:大学化学实验课程的教学对培养学生动手能力、创新能力、创新精神和科学思维能力至关重要。我们以化学相关实验竞赛为引导,开展了“课赛一体化”教学改革,将教师的科研成果经创新设计引入实验教学中,使教学内容与时俱进,引导学生接触前沿知识,培养学生创新思维、意识和能力。本实验以环境保护消除甲苯为目标,在课题组前期研究工作的基础上,经过反复验证,将球形MnO_(2)催化剂的合成、表征及其催化氧化甲苯性能的科研内容设计成一个本科教学综合实验。本实验对学生掌握基本操作技能和各种分析测试方法,培养学生的环境保护意识和创新能力,具有引导和示范作用。It is very important to cultivate students'practical ability,creative ability,creative spirit and scientific thinking ability to teach chemical experiment course in university.Guided by the chemistry related experiment competition,we carried out the teaching reform of“integration of experimental courses and competitions”,introduced the teachers'scientific research achievements into the experimental courses through innovative design,made the teaching content keep pace with The Times,guided the students to contact the cutting-edge knowledge,and cultivated the students'innovative thinking,consciousness and ability.This experiment aims at environmental protection and elimination of toluene.On the basis of the previous research work of our group,after repeated verification,the research content of the synthesis,characterization and catalytic oxidation of toluene by spherical MnO_(2) catalyst was designed as an undergraduate teaching comprehensive experiment.This experiment can guide and demonstrate the students to master the basic operation skills and various analysis and test methods,and to cultivate the students'environmental protection awareness and innovation ability.
