摘  要:有机化学实验是学生进行基础实验训练的必要环节之一。长期以来,有机化学实验以传统的热化学为主,其他反应方式很少涉及,适当调整有机化学反应的方式十分必要。将光化学成果融入有机化学实验教学中,不仅符合“科教融合”的理念,也能增加新的反应方式,激发学生对有机化学实验的兴趣和探索欲望。本文以光-铜共催化炔烃氟烷基化磷硫酯化反应为例,结合前沿的光催化自由基反应理论,微量实验操作,TLC检测,柱层析分离及产物检测分析等系统科学的实验操作,强化学生实验操作技能,培养学生的科学思维和创新能力。Organic chemistry experiments are one of the necessary steps for students to conduct basic experimental training.For a long time,organic chemistry experiments have mainly focused on traditional thermochemistry,and other reaction methods are rarely involved.It is necessary to adjust the methods of organic chemistry reactions appropriately.Integrating photochemical achievements into organic chemistry experimental teaching not only conforms to the concept of“integration of science and education”,but also increases new reaction methods and stimulates students'interest and desire to explore organic chemistry experiments.This article takes the course of photo-copper co-catalyzed fluoroalkylphosphorothiolation of alkynes,combining the cutting-edge photocatalytic radical reaction theory,micro-experimental operation,TLC detection,column chromatography separation and product detection and analysis and other systematic scientific experimental operations,to strengthen the students'skills of experimental operation,and to cultivate the students'scientific thinking and innovation ability.
