摘　　要：目的 探讨外周血癌抗原125 (CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)和鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)与宫颈癌分期及预后的相关性分析。方法 选取南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2022年1月至2023年1月收治的宫颈癌患者132例,根据肿瘤进展严重程度分成Ⅰ期组(n=33)、Ⅱ期组(n=33)、Ⅲ期组(n=33)和Ⅳ期组(n=33),采集空腹静脉血适量(5 mL)进行离心处理,检测血清CA125、SCC-Ag、CEA表达,将四组数据纳入SPSS21.0软件处理,比较差异,并利用Logistic回归分析检测宫颈癌患者肿瘤进展表现与CA125、CEA和SCC-Ag的相关性。结果 Ⅳ期组CA125、CEA、SCC-Ag表达依次高于Ⅲ期组、Ⅱ期组、Ⅰ期组(P<0.05)。宫颈癌患者的肿瘤进展表现与CA125、CEA、SCC-Ag表达呈正相关(rs=0.571、0.613、0.538,P均<0.001)。结论 宫颈癌患者肿瘤进展越严重,血清CA125、CEA、SCC-Ag表达越高,肿瘤进展表现与血清CA125、CEA、SCC-Ag表达呈正相关。【Objective】To explore the correlation between peripheral blood carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag)with cervical cancer staging and prognosis.【Methods】A total of 132 cervical cancer patients were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical Colloge from January 2022 to January 2023,according to the severity of tumor progression they were divided into stage I group(n=33),stage II group(n=33),stage III group(n=33)and stage IV group(n=33).Fasting venous blood(5 mL)was collected for centrifugation,and the expression of serum CA125,SCC-Ag and CEA was detected.Three sets of data were included in the SPSS21.0 software for processing,the differences were compared,and logistic regression analysis was used to examine the association of tumor progression with CA125,CEA and SCC-Ag in cervical cancer patients.【Results】The expression of CA125,CEA and SCC-Ag was significantly higher in stage IV group than in stage III group,stage II group and stage I group(P<0.05).Tumor progression was positively correlated with CA125,CEA,and SCC-Ag expression(rs=0.571,0.613,0.538,P<0.001).【Conclusion】In cervical cancer patients,the more severe the tumor progression,the higher the expression of serum CA125,CEA,and SCC Ag,and the tumor progression was positively correlated with serum CA125,CEA and SCC-Ag expression.
