基于《金匮要略》血痹虚劳病探讨干燥综合征伴血小板减少的中医辨治

摘　　要：干燥综合征合并血小板减少其病当属《金匮要略》血痹虚劳病。其主要病机为脏腑气血阴阳虚损,尤以脾肾亏虚,肝血失藏,瘀血内生为主,与《金匮要略》血痹虚劳病病因病机相合,其辨治如下:轻症可运用针刺疗法;重症气血阴阳皆虚者,应建中、固肾气,可选用小建中汤、黄芪建中汤或肾气丸。若因病证日久不愈而兼夹瘀血,则应扶正祛邪,缓中补虚,方选大黄[庶虫]虫丸。仲景《金匮要略》血痹虚劳病相关证治为干燥综合征伴血小板减少的中医临床诊疗提供了较高的参考价值。Sjogren's syndrome with thrombocytopenia belongs to Synopsis of Golden Chamber blood bi deficiency and labor disease.Its main pathogenesis is the deficiency of qi and blood Yin and Yang of the Zang fu organs,especially the deficiency of the spleen and kidney,the loss of liver blood accumulation,blood stasis and endogenous,which is in line with the etiology and pathogenesis of blood bi deficiency and labor disease in Synopsis of Golden Chamber,its differentiation and treatment are as follows:mild syndrome can be treated with acupuncture therapy.For those with severe deficiency of Qi,blood and Yin and Yang,Jianzhong is used to strengthen kidney qi.Xiaojianzhong Decoction and Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction can be used for the former.The latter can choose Shenqi Pill.If the day due to illness for a long time without the clamp and blood stasis,tonify deficiency in supporting is,slow,choose Dahuang zhechong Pill.Synopsis of Golden Chamber by Zhong Jing has high reference value for treating Sjogren's syndrome with thrombocytopenia with related syndrome of blood bi deficiency and labor disease.
