摘  要:目的从成分-功效关联性角度阐释3种芍药属中药同源异用的科学内涵。方法用高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定赤芍、白芍、牡丹皮3种芍药属中药饮片中5个成分(芍药内酯苷、没食子酸、芍药苷、苯甲酸、丹皮酚)的含量,考察其内含组分“质与量”的共性与差异。结果赤芍、白芍、牡丹皮中没食子酸和芍药内酯苷含量的差异可能是导致3种芍药属中药疗效产生差异的主要原因之一。结论初步揭示来源相同或相近、物质基础相似的赤芍、白芍、牡丹皮3种芍药属中药在临床上同源异用的科学内涵,为临床更好地理解和应用芍药属中药提供了理论依据。Objective To elucidate the scientific connotation of homologous dissimilarity among 3 Chinese medicines derived from Paeonia,focusing on the correlation between their components and efficacy.Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was used to determine the content of 5 components(albiflorin,gallic acid,paeoniflorin,benzoic acid,and paeonol)in Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Paeoniae Radix Alba and Moutan Cortex.The commonalities and differences in the quality and quantity of the intrinsic components of these medicines were investigated.Results The differences of the content of gallic acid and albiflorin in Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Paeoniae Radix Alba and Moutan Cortex may be one of the main reasons for the differences in the therapeutic effects of the 3 Chinese medicines of Paeonia.Conclusion This study highlights the scientific implications of the homologous dissimilarity among Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Paeoniae Radix Alba,and Moutan Cortex,which share similar sources and foundational materials within traditional Chinese clinical practice.
