摘　　要：牛至精油是从牛至中提取的一种含多种生物活性的植物提取物,主要成分为香芹酚和百里香酚,已被证实具有抗氧化、抗炎和广谱抗菌性等功能。在畜牧生产中,牛至精油能提高动物的生长性能,增加饲料利用率,改善肉质品质,增强免疫力等。牛至精油是农业部批准使用的饲料添加剂之一,已被广泛应用到单胃动物的营养调控中,但在反刍动物方面的研究不够深入。本文就牛至精油功能特性及其在反刍动物试验探究上取得的成果进行了综述,以期为低碳饲料开发、抗生素替代品以及提高生产应用提供参考。Oregano essential oil is a plant extract from oregano containing a variety of biological activities,its main components are carvacrol and thymol,which has been proven to have antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant functions.In livestock production,oregano essential oil can improve growth performance of animal,increase feed utilization,improve meat quality,enhance immunity and so on.It is one of the feed additives approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China,and has been widely used in the nutritional regulation of single stomach animals,but the research on ruminants was not deep enough.In this paper,the functional properties of oregano essential oil and its achievements in ruminant experiments were reviewed,with a view to providing reference for the development of low-carbon feed,antibiotic substitutes and improving production and application.
