摘　　要：“沟通”作为一个中国本土的传播概念,包含着中国文化特有的观念内涵,如和平友善、顺势而为、四海汇同等意涵。溯源而上,中国式的沟通观念源于中国人对水的深刻理解及丰富的治水实践。“以水沟通”是沟通的根隐喻,沟通之道也是导水之道。如果说西方的communication观念起源于战争,那么中国的沟通观念则起源于治水或通水。水才是中国本土思想的基源。作为一个传播概念及一种传播观念,中国的水文化及治水实践对“沟通”观念的影响至深。表现在沟通特质上,中国的“沟通”观念既是“有为的”,积极主动的,也是“无为的”,顺应自然的,“水到渠成”式的“和谐融通”是中国式“沟通”追求的目标。古人正是凭借对水的理解和对水的治理,形成了最早的沟通观念和沟通思想。水的特性及其哲学隐喻,也被灌注到了中国式沟通观念之中。Goutong is an indigenous concept of communication in China,encompassing unique elements of Chinese culture such as peace,friendship,adaptability,and universal convergence.The origins of Goutong lie in the Chinese people's profound understanding of water and their extensive practices in water management.Water serves as the root metaphor for Goutong,and the principles of Goutong reflect the methods of water control.While the Western notion of""communication"is often rooted in conflict,the Chinese concept of Goutong emerges from the practices associated with water management.As a communication concept,the in-fluence of Chinese water culture and water management practices on Goutong is significant.The concept emphasizes both"action""and"inaction",aligning with the natural order.Goutong seeks a"natural""style of"harmonious integration",illustrating how the ancient Chinese developed their earliest communication concepts through their understanding of water and the development of water-ways.Additionally,the characteristics of water and its philosophical implications are deeply embedded in the Chinese concept of communication.
