智能可穿戴设备助推高校体育智慧化转型研究——基于河南省三所高校的调研

摘  要:智能可穿戴设备及运动技术装备的迅猛发展,为全民健身战略的全面落实提供了技术支撑.运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对河南省三所高校进行调研,探讨智能可穿戴设备对大学生体育锻炼行为和高校体育智慧化转型的影响.研究表明,大学生使用智能可穿戴设备存在性别差异和体育锻炼动机差异;智能可穿戴设备与大学生体育锻炼行为存在正相关关系,能够促进大学生体育锻炼习惯的养成,提高其体质健康水平.为此,要通过智能可穿戴设备的合理使用,推动高校体育的智慧化转型和高质量发展.The rapid development of smart wearable devices and sports technical equipment has provided technical support for the implementation of national fitness strategy.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis,the researchers conducted a survey on three universities in Henan Province to explore the impact of smart wearable devices on college students’behavior in physical exercises and the intelligent transformation of physical education.The results show that there are gender differences and differences in the motivation for physical exercises among college students in the use of smart wearable devices,and there is a positive correlation between the use of smart wearable devices and the behavior in physical exercises.These devices can promote the development of students’exercise habits and enhance the level of physical fitness.Therefore,it is essential to leverage the rational use of smart wearable devices to drive the intelligent transformation and high-quality development of physical education in colleges and universities.
