摘　　要：提升高等体育教育国际竞争力是国家给予体育学科发展的现实关切,是建设体育强国和教育强国的关键,也是构建体育国际话语体系和提升体育国际话语权的基础性工作.运用文献资料、历史分析、逻辑推理等研究方法,系统梳理、总结了新中国成立以来中国高等体育教育提升国际竞争力的理念、成就与经验.研究认为,中国高等体育教育在提升国际竞争力的70余年中取得了突出贡献,主要体现在服务国家外交的成效更加显著、助推世界体育教育发展的贡献逐步上升、参与全球体育教育治理的智识逐渐增多上.历史经验阐明了中国高等体育教育提升国际竞争力的发展需要在中国共产党的领导下,不断拓宽体育对外开放格局,继续服务于中国国家外交战略,将中国高等体育教育国际竞争力的提升与发展融入中国式体育现代化建设中,助推中华民族伟大复兴.Improving the international competitiveness of higher physical education is the realistic concern of China for the development of sports discipline,it is the key to building a great country in sports and education,and it is also the foundation to speed up the construction of the international discourse system and the improvement of discourse rights of sports discipline.This paper systematically summarizes the concepts,achievements,and experiences of Chinese higher physical education to enhance international competitiveness since the founding of the People’s Republic of China with literature,historical analysis,logical reasoning,and other research methods.The results show that Chinese higher physical education has made outstanding contributions for more than 70 years for enhancing its international competitiveness,and these contributions mainly are reflected in the more significant effect of serving national diplomacy,the gradual increase in the contribution for promoting the development of global physical education,and the gradual increase in the intellectual participation in global physical education governance.The historical experience has clarified that the development of Chinese higher physical education in improving international competitiveness needs the leadership of the Communist Party of China,it is important to expand sports opening-up to the world,it is essential to continuously serve China’s national diplomatic strategy,and it is necessary to integrate the improvement and development of international competitiveness in Chinese higher physical education into the construction of Chinese sports modernization to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
