摘　　要：中华传统军事防御文化作为中华文明的重要组成部分,凝聚了丰富的国家安全与防卫思想,对现代国防建设具有深远影响。传统军事防御文化的核心理念,如“居安思危”的防御思想、“文武合一”的文化传统和“以民为本”的国防理念,至今仍为新时代国防战略提供理论支持。在全球安全形势日益复杂的今天,这些传统思想不仅为构建新时代的国防理念提供了深厚思想资源,也为提升国防软实力和应对多元化安全威胁提供了宝贵智慧。习近平总体国家安全观和强军思想,为传统军事防御文化的现代转化与创新发展提供了重要遵循。传统军事防御文化的现代转化,需要坚持“两个结合”,在保持文化精髓的基础上,结合时代特点进行创新性转化,形成符合现代国防要求的理论体系。通过对传统文化的创造性解读和现代思维的融合,能够实现传统与现代的有机结合,推动国防建设更好地服务于国家安全与发展需求。Chinese traditional military defense culture,as an integral part of Chinese civilization,contains resourceful thoughts on national security and defense,exerting a profound influence on modern national defense construction.Its core principles cover“vigilance in times of peace”in the defense culture,“liberal and martial art integration”in the cultural tradition,and“people supremacy”in the defense principle.They still provide a theoretical support for national defense strategies in the new era.With regards to an increasingly complex global security environment,these traditional concepts not only offer profound intellectual resources for shaping the new era’s defense principles but also provide valuable insights for enhancing national defense soft power and addressing diverse security threats.XI Jinping’s overall national security outlooks and military strengthening thoughts offer a significant guidance for the modern transformation and innovative development of traditional military defense culture.This transformation demands an adherence to“Two Combinations”.While maintaining the traditional cultural essence,the transformation should combine the times’characteristics and shape a theoretical system in conformity to modern national defense requirements.Through a creative interpretation to traditional culture and an integration with modern mentality,it means to achieve a harmonious combination of tradition and modernity,and to advance national defense construction,so as to better meet national security and development needs.
