复方盐酸阿替卡因注射液在牙体牙髓病治疗中的临床麻醉效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究在牙体牙髓病治疗中应用复方盐酸阿替卡因的麻醉效果。方法将104例牙体牙髓病患者做为研究样本,根据奇偶数列法分为实验组和常规组,每组52例。常规组使用盐酸利多卡因麻醉,实验组使用复方盐酸阿替卡因注射液麻醉。对比两组麻醉见效时间、疼痛评分、麻醉效果及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组麻醉见效时间(1.76±0.92)min短于常规组的(5.05±1.01)min,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(4.23±1.08)分低于常规组的(6.78±1.85)分,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组麻醉优良率96.15%(50/52)高于常规组的84.62%(44/52),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率3.85%(2/52)低于常规组的17.31%(9/52),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在牙体牙髓病治疗中选择复方盐酸阿替卡因注射液麻醉具有麻醉效果好、起效快、不良反应发生率低的优势,临床应用价值显著。Objective To explore the anesthetic effect of compound articaine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods 104 patients with dental pulp disease were selected as the research sample.They were divided into an experimental group and a conventional group according to the odd even column method,with 52 cases in each group.The conventional group was anesthetized with lidocaine hydrochloride,and the experimental group was anesthetized with compound articaine hydrochloride injection.The anesthesia onset time,pain score,anesthesia effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group had a shorter anesthesia onset time of(1.76±0.92)min than(5.05±1.01)min in the conventional group,and a lower VAS score of(4.23±1.08)points than(6.78±1.85)points in the conventional group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of anesthesia in the experimental group was 96.15%(50/52),which was higher than 84.62%(44/52)in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.85%(2/52),which was lower than 17.31%(9/52)in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of dental pulp disease,compound articaine hydrochloride injection has the advantages of good anesthetic effect,fast onset,and low incidence of adverse reactions,and has significant clinical application value.
