摘　　要：目的比较国产全自动非接触式眼压计(Auto-NCT)与Goldmann压平眼压计(GAT)、非接触眼压计(NCT)、回弹式眼压计(iCare)测量眼压结果的差异性,分析并校正影响Auto-NCT测量值的因素。方法收集2023年9月至11月在重庆眼视光眼科医院门诊就诊的52例患者(100眼),其中正常者40名(80眼),青光眼患者12例(20眼),对正常和青光眼患者分别使用Auto-NCT、iCare、NCT和GAT各测量3次眼压,并根据GAT眼压分为A组(7~16 mmHg)、B组(>16 mmHg~<23 mmHg)、C组(≥23 mmHg)。收集患者等效球镜(SE)、中央角膜厚度(CCT)、前房深度(ACD)等指标,评价Auto-NCT的可重复性,并分析NCT、iCare、GAT测量结果的相关性、一致性。应用Spearman相关和多元线性回归分析,分析各参数与Auto-NCT测量值的相关性,以及影响Auto-NCT测量值的可能因素。结果Auto-NCT、NCT、iCare、GAT测量值存在差异,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Auto-NCT与NCT、iCare、GAT测量值相关性均较好(r=0.947、0.958、0.966,P<0.05);CCT与ACD测量值与Auto-NCT有相关性(r=0.406、-0.280,P<0.05)。结论Auto-NCT重复性良好,与NCT、iCare、GAT测量值均具有良好的一致性及相关性。Objective To compare the differences in intraocular pressure measurement results between domestic automatic non-contact tonometer(Auto-NCT)and Goldmann applanation tonometer(GAT),non-contact tonometer(NCT),and iCare rebound tonometer(iCare),and to analyze and correct factors affecting Auto-NCT measurement values.Methods With the collection of 52 patients(100 eyes)who visited the outpatient department of Chongqing Aier Eye Hospital from September 2023 to November 2023,including 40 normal individuals(80 eyes)and 12 glaucoma patients(20 eyes),the intraocular pressure of normal and glaucoma patients was measured by Auto-NCT,iCare,NCT and GAT with three times each.According to the intraocular pressure of GAT,the patients were divided into the Group A(7-16 mmHg),Group B(>16 mmHg to<23 mmHg)and Group C(≥23 mmHg).With the collection of patient spherical equivalent(SE),central corneal thickness(CCT),anterior chamber depth(ACD)and other indicators,the repeatability of Auto-NCT was evaluated.In addition,the correlation and consistency of NCT,iCare,GAT measurement results were analyzed.Spearman correlation and multiple linear regression analysis were applied to analyze the correlation between various parameters and Auto-NCT measurement values,and further analyze the possible reasons affecting Auto-NCT measurement values.Results There were differences in the measurement values of Auto-NCT,NCT,iCare,and GAT,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The correlation between the measured values of Auto-NCT and NCT,iCare and GAT was good(r=0.947,0.958,0.966,P<0.05).CCT and ACD measurements were correlated with Auto-NCT(r=0.406,-0.280,P<0.05).Conclusion With good repeatability,Auto-NCT had good consistency and correlation with NCT,iCare and GAT in measured values.
