维生素D水平与女性型脱发症状的相关性

摘　　要：目的研究女性型脱发患者的血清维生素D水平,探讨其水平与脱发严重程度有无相关性,并结合相关文献讨论在女性型脱发中维生素D起到的作用。方法选取2023年4月—2024年3月在本科门诊就诊的女性型脱发患者作为研究对象;另外从我院同期体检中心的健康体检者中招募70例无脱发病史的女性作为对照组研究对象。比较研究组和对照组患者的血清维生素D水平。并参考Ludwing分级,根据研究组患者的脱发程度将其分为三组,进一步比较三组患者之间的血清维生素D水平有无差异。结果①研究组患者的血清维生素D水平明显低于对照组患者(P=0.028)。②按照Ludwing分级,将研究组患者分为轻度、中度和重度脱发,比较三组的血清维生素D水平可以发现,三组患者血清维生素D水平具有明显差异(P=0.007),脱发程度越重,血清维生素D水平越低。结论女性型脱发患者体内维生素D水平偏低,且其降低程度与患者脱发程度相关,表明维生素D水平降低与女性型脱发的发生有关,其具体机制有待进一步验证。Objective To investigate the serum vitamin D levels in patients with female pattern hair loss(FPHL)and explore whether there is a correlation between these levels and the severity of hair loss.Furthermore,the role of vitamin D in FPHL will be discussed in conjunction with relevant literature.Methods The study selected female patients with female pattern hair loss(FPHL)who visited our outpatient department from April 2023 to March 2024 as the research group.Additionally,70 female individuals with no history of hair loss were recruited from the health examination center of our hospital during the same period as the control group.The serum vitamin D levels were compared between the research and control groups.Furthermore,based on the Ludwig grading system,the research group patients were divided into three subgroups according to the severity of their hair loss,and the differences in serum vitamin D levels among these three subgroups were further analyzed.Results①The serum vitamin D levels in the patients of the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P=0.028).②According to the Ludwig grading system,the patients in the research group were divided into mild,moderate,and severe hair loss categories.When comparing the serum vitamin D levels among these three groups,it was found that there were significant differences(P=0.007),with lower serum vitamin D levels observed in patients with more severe hair loss.Conclusion Female patients with female pattern hair loss(FPHL)exhibit lower levels of vitamin D in their bodies,and the degree of this reduction is correlated with the severity of their hair loss.This suggests that reduced vitamin D levels may be associated with the occurrence of FPHL,although the specific underlying mechanisms remain to be further validated.
