护士参与下的营养支持护理模式对血液透析患者营养状况及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究护士参与下的营养支持护理模式对血液透析(HD)患者营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法选取2024年1—9月在本院血液净化中心接受透析治疗的患者90例,采取信封法随机分为常规组和参与组,每组45例,常规组接受常规的营养支持护理,参与组接受护士参与下的营养支持护理。干预3个月后对比两组患者的营养状况以及生活质量。结果干预后,参与组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清钾以及营养评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,参与组生活质量评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对血液透析患者实施护士参与下的营养支持护理模式管理可改善患者营养状况,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the impact of nutrition support nursing mode with nurse participation on the nutritional status and quality of life of hemodialysis(HD)patients.Methods Ninety patients who received dialysis treatment at our hospital's blood purification center from January to September 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and a participation group using the envelope method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine nutritional support nursing,while the participation group received nutritional support nursing with the participation of nurses.Compare the nutritional status and quality of life of two groups of patients after 3 months of intervention.Results After intervention,the hemoglobin,serum albumin,serum potassium,and nutritional scores in the participating group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the quality of life scores of the participating group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support nursing mode management with nurse participation can improve the nutritional status and quality of life of hemodialy sis patients.
