摘  要:高速铁路道岔区比区间线路更为复杂,其轮轨力分布特征尚不明确。基于综合检测车长期运行积累的海量数据,提出新型时频分析方法Iceemdan-Spwvd,对道岔区轮轨力进行时频分析。基于统计学理论,对轮轨力进行正态及分布差异性检验,明确其统计分布特征。结果表明:列车以300 km/h速度直顺向通过状态良好的18#非加宽道岔时,钢轨接头以及辙叉区轮载过渡引起的轮轨力平均频率范围为232~484 Hz,能量占比为21.63%~30.89%;转辙器区轮载过渡引起的横向力平均频率范围为6~15 Hz,能量占比为11.47%~19.05%;道岔区轮轨力不符合正态分布,且直基本轨侧与直尖轨侧轮轨力存在显著差异;直基本轨/尖轨侧垂向力、直基本轨/尖轨侧横向力的95%累计概率分布值分别为65.0、67.7、3.6、4.1 kN。The high-speed railway turnout areas are more complex than the main lines,with their unclear wheel-rail force characteristics.Based on the massive data accumulated from the long-term operation of high-speed comprehensive inspection trains in China,a new time-frequency analysis method,Iceemdan-Spwvd,was proposed to perform time-frequency analysis of wheel-rail forces in turnout areas.Based on statistical theory,normality and distribution difference tests were conducted on the wheel-rail forces to clarify their statistical distribution characteristics.The results show that,when the train passes through a well-maintained 18#unwidened turnout at a speed of 300 km/h,the average frequency range of the wheel-rail force caused by wheel load transition in the frog crossing area and rail joints is 232~484 Hz,with an energy ratio of 21.63%~30.89%.The average frequency range of lateral wheel-rail force caused by wheel load transition in the switch area is between 6~15 Hz,with an energy ratio of 11.47%~19.05%.The wheel-rail force in the turnout area does not conform to a normal distribution,and there is a significant difference between the wheel-rail forces of the straight switch rail and the straight base rail.The 95%cumulative probability distribution values for the vertical force on the stock rail side/switch rail side,and the lateral force on the stock rail side/switch rail side are 65.0、67.7、3.6、4.1 kN,respectively.
