摘　　要：本文关注产品质量风险重点产品——遛娃神器类儿童推车,以GB 14748—2006《儿童推车安全要求》标准为基础,对该类产品的常见质量问题做了归纳整理和深入分析,结合检测实践和标准要求,详细分析了质量问题根源,并从生产企业、监管部门以及相关的社会机构角度给出了具有可操作性的政策建议。This paper focused on the key products of quality risks,the children’s strollers,commonly known as“miracle child carrier”.Based on the standard GB 14748-2006,Safety requirements for wheeled child conveyances,the common quality issues was summarized and analyzed.According to testing practices and requirements in the standard,this paper thoroughly analyzed the root causes of these quality issues.From the perspectives of production enterprises,regulatory authorities,and relevant social organizations,feasible policy suggestions were proposed.
