护理评判性思维在标准化护理教学中的实践应用

摘  要:目的:研究护理评判性思维教学法在标准化护理教学中的实践应用。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月在德阳市人民医院心身医学科参与心理标准化护理教学的实习护生60名,分为对照组和研究组,各30名。对照组实施常规临床教学,研究组采用基于护理评判性思维教学法,开展标准化护理教学。比较两组教学效果。结果:教学28周后,研究组的护理理论知识、护理操作技能、护理评判性思维能力评分、应急事件处理能力评分、学习积极性、护士综合素质能力评分、教学满意率,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在标准化护理教学活动中,实施基于护理评判性思维教学法,有利于锻炼护理评判性思维能力、应急事件处理能力以及护士综合素质能力,让实习护生的学习积极性更高,对教学更满意。Objective:To study the practical application of critical thinking teaching method in standardized nursing teaching.Methods:From June 2022 to June 2023,60 practicing nursing students who participated in standardized nursing teaching in Psychosomatic Medicine Department of Deyang People’s Hospital were included and divided into the control group and the research group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine clinical teaching,and the research group carried out standardized nursing teaching based on the teaching method of nursing evaluation thinking.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After 28 weeks of teaching,the nursing theoretical knowledge,nursing operation skills,nursing critical thinking ability score,emergency event handling ability score,learning enthusiasm,nurses’comprehensive quality ability score and teaching satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the standardized nursing teaching activities,the implementation of the teaching method based on nursing critical thinking is conducive to the exercise of nursing critical thinking ability,emergency incident handling ability and nurses’comprehensive quality ability,so that the practice nursing students are more active in learning and more satisfied with teaching.
