定量SPECT/CT标准化摄取值对转移性骨肿瘤诊断的准确性分析

摘　　要：目的:研究在转移性骨肿瘤诊断中应用定量SPECT/CT标准化摄取值的价值与作用。方法:选取牡丹江医科大学核医学科进行定量SPECT/CT骨扫描的患者80例,80例患者中存在骨高代谢病灶SUV93个,分为良性病变组(n=41)、骨转移组(n=52);同期检查发现骨代谢正常患者作为对照组,比较三组最大标准化摄取值(SUVmax)、平均标准化摄取值(SUVmean)、最小标准化摄取值(SUVmin)。结果:骨转移组、良性病变组、对照组间的SUV值存在显著差异(P<0.05),并且三组的SUV值逐渐降低;3组SUV值在诊断骨转移性病变、骨良性病变的敏感度、特异度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在转移性骨肿瘤诊断中定量SPECT/CT标准化摄取值具有应用价值,可帮助进行转移性骨肿瘤的补充定性分析,提高诊断准确率。Objective:To study the value and effect of standardized quantitative SPECT/CT in the diagnosis of metastatic bone tumors.Methods:Eighty patients were selected from Nuclear Medicine Department of Mudanjiang Medical University for quantitative SPECT/CT bone scan.Among the 80 patients,there were 93 SUVs with high bone metabolism,which were divided into benign lesion group(n=41)and bone metastasis group(n=52).In the same period,patients with normal bone metabolism were found as the control group,and the maximum standardized uptake value(SUVmax),average standardized uptake value(SUVmean)and minimum standardized uptake value(SUVmin)of the three groups were compared.Results:There were significant differences in SUV values among the bone metastasis group,the benign lesion group and the control group(P<0.05),and the SUV values of the three groups gradually decreased.There were significant differences in sensitivity and specificity of SUV value in the diagnosis of bone metastases and bone benign lesions among the 3 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quantitative SPECT/CT standardized imaging value has application value in the diagnosis of metastatic bone tumors,which can help to supplement the qualitative analysis of metastatic bone tumors and improve the diagnostic accuracy.
